Through painting scenes of Iowa and learning more about our land, I’ve come to see the prairies as proof of our resilience. With the countless efforts of those who wish to see Iowa thrive we’re able to view glimpses as to what Iowa can look like when we choose to be good stewards of it.
The original piece is part of the larger body of work titled “Flyover State”, an exhibition on life and the perceptions of the Midwest.
Printed on Moab Archival Paper using Archival Grade Pigment-based Inks.
13x19 is on 190 gsm paper, 8.5x11 is on 190 gsm paper.
